We obtained a plea for just 1-3 years in jail. 2014: Kings County: Gun possession CPW2: Client faced 15 years in jail on a felony charge. We were able to get him a misdemeanor plea and sentenced to time served - no additional jail time. 2014: Kings County: Sale of Narcotics: Client originally offered felony plea with 4 years jail; we were able to get him a misdemeanor and time served. 2014: Kings County: Shooting Assault 1st Degree: Client faced 25 years in jail; we got the case DISMISSED by having our investigator interview and tape the only eyewitness recanting the identification of client. 2014: Bronx County: Murder 2nd Degree: Case DISMISSED; as we proved that client was not involved in the stabbing. Client was a witness to the case and did not participate in the homicide. 2013, Kings County: Murder 2nd degree: Client pled guilty to Manslaughter 1st Degree & minimum potential release at 10 years.
